Returns - Exchanges - Cancellations - Damages - Appointment times

Permanent jewelry cannot be returned. However, it can be repaired if broken.

Our repair policy for chains is as follows:

Within the first 30 days after purchase there is no charge to fix your permanent jewelry. After 30 days, a fee of $15 will apply to fix your chain, wether that be the jumpring or another link in your chain. If the chain is too damaged to re-weld, a new chain will need to be purchased.

I'm happy to re-weld broken chains you've had welded elsewhere, with discretion. A charge of $25 will apply.

Appointment policies & Cancellations:

Upon scheduling your appointment, a $15+ fee will apply. This secures your appointment time and date. The fee will be applied back to your entire purchase.

Cancellations:

Cancellations will not be honored 24 hours within your appointment time and "no refunds" for securing said appointment time will be refunded back. Please be courteous of my time and other customers I have scheduled.

Handmade Jewelry:

Returns are accepted on all items with the exceptions of custom orders, Returns must be recieved unworn and in it’s original condition and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If returning, please let me know as soon as possible. My window for notice of any returns is 10 days. After the 10 day window, I will no longer accept any returns

Exchanges will be accepted, but certain styles may or may not be honored for an exchange due to the handmade nature of my items. Some styles and or colors may or may not be available. Please notify me of any exchanges you want to make as soon as possible. My window for notice of any returns is 10 days. After the 10 day window, I will no longer accept any exchanges.

Cancellations will be honored within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be honored.

If in the event your piece is damaged, depending on the damage, I will replace the item within 30 days of your purchase.
